1. The enclosure of the landscape box substation adopts a double-layer, sealed, anti-corrosion, and temperature-insulation structure. The double-layer box must be made of cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 2mm or more. There must be a fire barrier between the two layers permitted by the Ministry of Construction. 2. The underframe parts of the enclosure of the landscape box substation are welded by channel steel. The frame and door are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. 3. The metal components of the enclosure of the landscape box substation can be treated with anti-corrosion within 20 years. Except for non-ferrous metals and electroplated steel parts, all metal parts of any equipment are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust on the surface, and the top paint is guaranteed not to fall off or rust for 10 years.
4. The topcoat of the enclosure of the landscape box substation adopts a high-grade polyurethane topcoat of anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, and long-life, to ensure that it will not fade, oxidize, or powder within 10 years. The outer surface cannot be sprayed.

6. The frame of the enclosure of the landscape box substation is welded, and the frame should have sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, and will not be deformed or damaged during lifting, transportation and installation. The shape of the designed shell should not be easy to accumulate dust and water; use as few exposed fasteners as possible to prevent screws from passing through the shell to allow water to be introduced into the shell; corresponding sealing measures should be taken for the holes passing through the shell; the shell should be waterproof, shockproof, and Anti-corrosion and anti-ignition. The base of the box body adopts a channel steel structure to ensure that it is not deformed during lifting and transportation. 7. The enclosure of the landscape box-type substation is equipped with sufficient natural vents, and necessary heat insulation measures are taken to ensure that the temperature rise of all electrical components does not exceed the allowable temperature rise under normal ambient temperature; if the reactor is around At ambient temperature, the use of natural ventilation cannot guarantee operation under the rated capacity, and forced ventilation is used indoors for cooling. Forced ventilation cooling is adopted, and the reactor room is equipped with a temperature controller. When the temperature reaches the set value, the fan will be automatically started for forced cooling. Generally, no less than 2 fans with equivalent capacity are installed in the reactor room. It can automatically start and cut off with the change of the operating temperature of the reactor to control the room temperature of the reactor and ensure the normal operation of the box under the environment of high temperature and high humidity.
8. Fire performance: Non-combustible materials are used in the box substation shell structure to prevent the inside and outside of the box substation from catching fire.
9. Waterproof design: The top cover of the box body adopts a slope design, the inclination is greater than 5 degrees, to ensure that there is no accumulation of water on the top of the box body, and a waterproof eaves are installed to prevent water dripping.
10. A damp dispelling device is installed in the enclosure of the landscape box substation to ensure that no condensation occurs on the internal components.
11. The magnetic control reactor dynamic compensation device is equipped with facilities to ensure safe operation and realizes the mechanical and electrical interlocking.
12. Panel and door: The panel and door are part of the enclosure. When they are closed, they provide the degree of protection specified for the enclosure. When the vent is placed on the panel or door, the setting or shielding of the vent has the same degree of protection as the shell.
13. The size of the enclosure of the landscape box substation shall meet the requirements of road and on-site transportation, and the color of the box shall be confirmed in the design liaison stage.
Landscape type box substation enclosures have also been very popular in recent years. However, when using cranes to lift such box substation enclosures, you must pay attention to protective work, because landscape type box substation enclosures are not as tough as metal box substation enclosures.
